Shopping with Foxglide online is easy and convenient but we also understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We want you to enjoy shopping with us and enjoy wearing our clothing, so when your order wasn’t quite as you expected we are here to help sort that out.
We are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you contact our customer service team on info@foxglide.co.uk. For larger returns we will arrange to collect these from your address by our choice of national courier provider. Returns should be sent to Foxglide, 94 St Meddans Street, TROON KA10 6NW. When possible we advise that you use a ‘signed for’ method of shipping.
Delivery
For stock items Delivery will normally take 2-5 working days. If an item is not in stock this will be highlighted on our website and you will be advised of a date the product will become available for you to purchase. For bespoke team wear we will always advise you on the expected delivery date. On occasion we may require to ship only part of an order, for this scenario there will be no additional shipping charge and we will provide information with updated production status.
Please allow 10 working days to receive your delivery before querying your items.
Remember we are a small business (we are not Amazon) and sometimes need to be away from the office – please don’t be afraid to call us at any time.
Deliveries / Shipping
Where possible we will use tracked mail or shipping company such as DHL, FED Ex, UPS or DPD or Royal Mail. When possible we will send tracking information to your email address. Most shipping companies will require a signature on 1st delivery attempt and they will liaise with you directly to finalise delivery.
Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded within 10 days of receipt of order, if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Certain clearance items are not available for return.
Refunds & Returns
Our Returns policy varies depending on the type of products you have ordered. See below for more information on each type of order and their return eligibility. Your statutory rights are not affected.

When ordering please take care to enquire about sizes and fits. We are a small business not Amazon or Asos, when you order from us – we try our best to deliver and good product on time.
The modern day on-line shopping culture offers great benefits however very return costs us money, with bank fees, packaging and trips to the post office – we then have to clean the item and then offer at a reduced price. From October 1st 2024, every clothing item returned will incur a £5 re-stocking fee, this at least cover some of our incurred costs.
BESPOKE / CUSTOM ORDER – goods that have been designed by Foxglide or by using our custom design tool, are made to order and are not available from our Stock range.
Custom orders that have been designed by Foxglide or using our custom design tool, or have been purchased on behalf of a team , club or organisation, or whose kit is of a bespoke design (I.E. not available as part of our Stock range). These bespoke goods are non–returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exception: We will only accept returns for Bespoke and Personalised/Customised orders in the event of a manufacturing fault. Where the fault is evident on delivery, for example, a name has been spelt incorrectly, this must be reported to Foxglide immediately and the faulty item returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, with all tags, bags and labels attached.
Foxglide reserve the right to reject your claim if you report or return your goods outwith the 14th day of delivery. For all other faults, please call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)141 266 0596
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.
SIZING
Our garments are all designed to standards initIally determined by Alvanon Global standards with mens sizes ranging from Extra Small to 5XL and ladies sizes adopting UK size guides of UK 6 to UK 24. (note not all garments are available in the full size range).
Our items are in general an “Athletic” fit and therefore care should be taken when ordering your size – if in doubt please ALWAYS ask for a comparison size chart for your requested garment style. For a relaxed fit we would recommend ordering a larger size than you may from high street providers.
Our garments are all subject to sewing tolerance of between +/-1cm-1.5cm on each dimension.
If in doubt of any sizing or for further sizing advice please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Returning items
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it using a recorded or signed for post method. Always retain proof of postage.
Our return address is marked on your original invoice. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
For items that are returned due to no longer being required or for sizing issues without requesting alternative sizing we will deduct an admin fee for the re-stocking process. We are a small business therefore please do not order numerous sizes to simply evaluate our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For returns we will not offer a refund on our postage costs, however, if you request an exchange we will not charge an additional postage / shipping cost.
Taking delivery of your items
All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate when you complete your purchase. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery, even if the products have not been received by you in person. All products will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Only items purchased directly at www.foxglide.co.uk will be able to be returned to the site.
